DANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS
REGISTRATION: Registration for the 2024-2025 RCT Dance season will remain open until February 1, 2025. Our studio places students based on experience level. All registrations will be reviewed, and we reserve the right to move students to a class that better fits their experience level.
RCT DANCE STUDIO MEMBERSHIP FEE: A one-time $35 membership fee for individuals or $70 per family is required upon registration for each dance student. This fee is non-refundable.
RCT DANCE STUDIO END OF THE YEAR PERFORMANCE FEE: A one-time performance fee of $25 for the first class, $15 for each additional class will be billed per student on Februrary 1, 2025 and due February 15, 2025.
REFUND POLICY: RCT Dance payments are auto-drafted on the first of each month. If you choose to drop a dance class, please provide at least seven days’ notice to [email protected] before the next payment cycle. If notice is not given within seven days of the next payment cycle, you will be responsible for the following invoice. Membership fees are nonrefundable.
ATTENDANCE POLICY: Attendance in dance class is crucial for student advancement. We encourage students to attend every class. After February 1, 2025, if a student misses too many classes, they may be removed from the end-of-year performance.
ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR POLICY: Our mission is to provide a nurturing and inspiring atmosphere for dancers. Negative attitudes or behavior, including foul language, disrespect, bullying, teasing, or unwillingness to participate, will not be tolerated. The director may remove participants for poor attitude or behavior. If notified of an issue, it must be resolved by the next rehearsal, or you will not be allowed back. No refunds will be issued for removal due to behavior.
