AUDITION PREPARATION
Auditions will be used to select role placement for participants in Fame Jr. Please select one of the following cuts of songs from Fame Jr. to prepare for your audition. The sheet music is marked with each cut. Your selection should be memorized and accompaniment will be provided during your audition.
If you play a musical instrument, you may also prepare approximately 30 seconds of a piece of your choice to play during your audition. We have only a piano available, but you are welcome to bring other instruments with you.
You will learn a short dance sequence as part of the audition process, so please come prepared to move. You may also be asked to do a cold reading from the script. Please plan to be at auditions for approximately 3o minutes. If call backs are necessary, they will be scheduled at a later date.
