Sawyer Enrollment Walkthough


Each member of our studio will receive a unique link for
each class they are currently enrolled in.


Below we have outlined each step of the process. 

  • ​​Once the link provided in your email loads, click REGISTER
  • Under “Who is attending?” Select the individual you are registering for the class.
    • If this is your first enrollment, select +Add Participant. 
      • Enter your First and Last Name, and your Birthday. When you hit enter, you should see your name in the drop down.
  • Under “How would you like to pay?” you have two options. Please select which option best fits your family for THIS CLASS. This selection will only apply to the this class. 
    • 3 Installments + Deposit: This options allows you to pay monthly as you do today. If you select this option, you will see that there are three installments, automatically paid on the first of each month. At the time of registration you will only owe the $20 performance fee.
    • Pay in full: Allows you to pay for the remainder of the semester in a single payment. This option includes the $20 performance fee.
  • ​Once you select your payment option, click Add to Cart. This will take you to you cart. ​

IF YOU ARE ENROLLING IN MORE THAN ONE CLASS,
REFER BACK TO YOUR EMAIL AND SELECT THE NEXT LINK PROVIDED.


ONCE YOU HAVE ADDED ALL OF YOUR ENROLLMENTS, PLEASE MOVE ON TO THE STEPS BELOW​

  • ​​Review the information in your cart for accuracy and select “Check Out”
  • The next form will ask you to fill in some basic information. This will be prefilled if you already have an account. For new accounts:
    • Purchaser is the Account Owner. Adults, that’s you!
    • We ask that you please include a Secondary Contact. Think of this as an emergency contact.
    • The Participant Information is the adult or child taking the class.
  • After that, you will be asked to complete our REQUIRED FORMS, CULTURE COMMITTMENT and provide PREFERRED PRONOUNS for the Participant! Click Next.
    • Again, these are only required once, so if you already have an account, you will only see added agreements.
  • The last step is to enter your Preferred Payment method!
    • ​Current accounts will default to the existing card on file. You are welcome to add a new payment method. ​
    • The card you select will be used for payments for ALL OF THE ENROLLMENTS IN YOUR CART.
    • We can accept credit, debit or an ACH (Bank) Account.
  • Hit "Place Order" and it will take you to your confirmation page!
    • You can click “View Details” to see a copy of your receipt that was emails to the email provided during sign up.
    • You can also sync your classes to your personal Google or Apple calendar! 

SAWYER ENROLLMENT TIPS AND TRICKS​

Is a RCT Sawyer Account required for workshop and class enrollments?
  • Yes. All RCT workshops and classes going forward will require a Sawyer account. It will become the central hub where you can easily explore, register, and stay connected with everything happening at RCT.

For the smoothest experience, we recommend registering on a computer.
  • If you’re using your phone, turn it to landscape mode for easier navigation.
 
Who's name goes where? 
  • The Primary Account Holder (referred to as the "Client") is responsible for managing the account. They have the authority to register themselves, their children, or other adult participants for specific activities.

Do I need to verify my account?
  • Yes. You’ll be prompted to verify your account—don’t skip this step. Your account won’t be fully active until verification is complete.
 
How do I add additional children to my account?
  1. After creating your account, hover over your name in the top right corner and select Profiles → My Profile. If you’re already logged into your RCT account, click Manage Account instead.
  2. Update your personal details, including secondary contacts or caregiver information.
  3. Click Profiles in the top menu.
  4. Select + Add Profile to add each child and follow the prompts to complete all required fields.

​ Can I register more than one person at a time?
  • Yes. The system allows you to register multiple people for a single activity. During the checkout or sign-up flow, you will be prompted to select or add the names of all individuals enrolling.
 
Do I need to add a payment method?
  • Please add your preferred default payment method during setup.
  • You are also able to provide additional payment methods in your profile settings! 
  • If you need an alternative payment option, contact us directly and we’ll be happy to help.
